HPDRONES , the leading enterprise drone company in the Iberian market, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment process and ensure we attract the best talent to fuel our growth.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: from job posting to offer and onboarding
- Create compelling job advertisements and publish them across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Actively source candidates (hunting) through networks, and industry events
- Conduct initial screenings and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams
- Design and implement onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly and become productive quickly
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire process
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously with agility and organization
- Support employer branding initiatives to position HPDRONES as an employer of choice
What We're Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection (preferably in tech, engineering, or startups)
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, interviewing, negotiation)
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
- Growth mindset: proactive, results-driven, and entrepreneurial
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
- Degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field (preferred)
