Lisbon Based | Freelance Contract | Base monthly fee Feraboli Real Estateis hiring a Listing Coordinator We are looking for a proactive and connected individual to join our Lisbon operations as a Listing Coordinator. This key role is at the heart of our business: identifying and securing the most exclusive residential listings for our clients. Your mission Scout and select top-tier properties across Lisbon for inclusion in the Feraboli Real Estate portfolio Organise and coordinate professional photo shoots: manage photographers' schedules, liaise with property owners, and ensure properties are properly prepared for shooting Collect, structure, and upload all relevant property information, visuals, and documentation into our internal systems When uploading listings, draft a polished property description that follows our internal tone and format Ensure accuracy and consistency by keeping our listings database always up to date Act as a local point of contact for initial discussions with owners or collaborators when needed What we're looking for A strong local network in Lisbon – ideally within real estate, architecture, design, or high-end social circles Excellent social and communication skills Organised and independent, with strong attention to detail Basic tech literacy: Word, email, internet navigation Based in Lisbon (even if working remotely) Contract & Compensation Freelance position, remote but Lisbon-based Monthly fee adjustable based on profile and experience Performance-based bonuses (e.g., per successful listing sourced or published) Long-term collaboration strongly preferred Why join us Feraboli Real Estateis a high-end agency with a distinctive brand presence and a strong international clientele.
