ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a highly skilled and business-oriented Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic multinational legal team. This position is ideal for a legal professional with a solid common law background, a proven track record in negotiating complex international contracts, and a strong interest in technology and innovation. You will play a critical role in supporting our global operations, with a focus on international commercial negotiations, navigating the telecommunications regulatory landscape, and driving corporate compliance initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of complex international commercial agreements, including: SaaS agreements Reseller and distribution agreements Licensing and partnership contracts Provide strategic legal advice to business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including: Anti-corruption laws Data privacy regulations Telecommunications regulations (a plus) Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Procurement, Compliance, and Product. Support internal compliance programs. Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities with agility. REQUIREMENTS: Law degree from a recognized institution; admission to practice in a common law jurisdiction. Minimum 7+ years of post-qualification experience, with a strong focus on international commercial contracts. Solid understanding of compliance frameworks, including anti-bribery and privacy laws. Experience with telecom regulatory matters is a strong plus. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills in English (mandatory). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment. Strong interest in technology and innovation.
