The Role As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You'll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients. Key Responsibilities: . Proactive monitoring of systems and applications using tools such as Zabbix, Grafana, and APM platforms. . Incident and problem management following ITIL best practices, including root cause analysis and post-mortem reviews. . Technical support for infrastructure and platforms (Wintel, Unix, O365, Exchange, SharePoint, AD). . Participation in war rooms for rapid resolution of critical incidents. . Integration with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, GLPI) and observability platforms (Kyndryl Bridge). . Contribution to automation initiatives and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. There's never a typical day as a System Administrator at Kyndryl, because no two days are alike. You'll be managing systems data for clients and providing day-to-day solutions and security compliance. Especially migration from onprem to cloud solution.Preferred Technical and Professional Experience• Automation experience, especially IaaS (infrastructure as a code)• Vulnerability management• Microsoft Active Directory and federation services . Experience in monitoring and observability (Zabbix, Grafana, Datadog, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry). . Solid knowledge of system administration and/or database management. . Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Major Incident Management). . Availability for 24x7 shifts. . Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory and good English for technical documentation. .
