Your new Role

The Infrastructure & Operations Vendor Management will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery;
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with Vendors to achieve the best value for the company;
  • Monitor Vendor performance and compliance with contractual obligations;
  • Manage Vendor risk and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations;
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of vendor services and performance;
  • Oversee the procurement of infrastructure and networking equipment and services;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and address vendor-related issues;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to make informed vendor recommendations.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Certification in PMP, ITIL, CISCO, CompTIA Network +, etc. (would be a plus);
  • Proven experience in Vendor Management, with a focus on Infrastructure and Networking;
  • Proficiency in Vendor Management software and tools;
  • Strong understanding of Networking technologies, Infrastructure components, and industry best practices;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Services;
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity;
  • Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
