We are looking for an Inside Sales for our office located in Matosinhos – Porto, Portugal. He/she will be mainly performing all tasks necessary to successfully carry out service offerings to the Company's customers, following established policy, regulations and procedures. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? To quote the services of current and future clients in order to obtain maximum profitability and achieve the objectives defined by the Company, guaranteeing quality standards. the objectives defined by the Company, guaranteeing quality standards. Update and review established tariffs, as well as carry out market research. Provide telephone service and support to the Company's customers to ensure that the commercial offerings provided meet the customer's needs. Manage the files and documentation corresponding to the commercial offers of each client, as well as follow up and control the offers presented to guarantee their update in due time and form. and in a timely manner. Support Field Sales and Sales Manager in all matters related to the maintenance of current customers and the acquisition of potential customers (making offers, customer service, customer service, customer management, etc.). Ensure compliance with the Company's Procedures, Policies and Regulations in all phases of the process of offering services to customers. Actively participate in LEAN activities and processes that are promoted in their Work Center. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
