We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Migration Specialist to join us in a project in Oporto (hybrid model). Responsabilities: Lead and execute migrations from cloud tenants to Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams). Design and implement tenant-to-tenant migration strategies, including mailboxes, PSTs, domains, and DNS configuration. Manage hybrid Exchange environments and directory synchronization (AD Connect / Entra ID). Conduct pre-migration assessments, pilot testing, and validation post-migration. Troubleshoot complex issues and escalate to Microsoft when required. Produce technical documentation, migration runbooks, and customer reports. Collaborate with project managers and other technical teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field; Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or equivalent certification (is a plus); 5 years or moreof experience in Microsoft 365 / Exchange migration projects; Strong hands-onexperience with Exchange Online, PowerShell, Azure AD, SharePoint, and Teams; Experience withmigration tools such as Quest Migration Manager, BitTitan, or SkyKick; Understanding of licensing, DNS, and identity management in Microsoft 365; Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills; Fluent in English (mandatory) If you’re interested in this job please send your CV in English to with reference “MF/M365” Decskill is committed to equality and non-discrimination with all our talents.
