As a Process Analyst at Ivy Partners, you will be involved in: Designing and documenting new processes and procedures. Creating visual process diagrams using Visio. Developing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs). Utilizing tools such as ServiceNow, PowerBi, and Jira for process management and reporting. Providing comprehensive support to the Global Process Owner in process design and signoff. Job requirements About YouYou are our ideal candidate if you: Have 6+ years of professional experience in a similar role. Possess expertise in using tools like ServiceNow, PowerBi, and Jira. Are skilled in creating and managing workflows and process diagrams, ideally with Visio. Have a proven track record in process analysis and delivering impactful project outcomes.
