A sua nova função Como Product Owner Manager , irá liderar a equipa responsável pela definição e evolução dos produtos digitais da empresa, incluindo cartões, crédito pessoal e plataformas internas. Esta é uma função estratégica, com reporte direto ao Head of Technology, que exige uma visão clara sobre o funcionamento dos produtos bancários — desde os modelos comerciais até aos fluxos operacionais — e capacidade para os transformar em soluções técnicas escaláveis. Principais responsabilidades: Liderar e desenvolver uma equipa de Product Owners. Ser referência interna em funcionalidades, valor de negócio e impacto operacional dos produtos. Colaborar com Product Managers, Engenheiros e Arquitetos na co-criação de soluções digitais. Apoiar o desenvolvimento ágil e orientado para resultados, sem impor processos rígidos. Traduzir a estratégia de negócio em direções de produto claras e executáveis. O que necessita para ser bem sucedido Formação académica em Economia, Gestão, Engenharia ou áreas similares. Experiência comprovada em produtos financeiros (cartões, crédito, pagamentos, etc.). Fluência técnica e experiência em ambientes ágeis de desenvolvimento de produto. Capacidade de comunicação, gestão de stakeholders e foco em resultados. Energia, resiliência e visão estratégica.
