We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Commerce Cloud Lead a hybrid project in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SFCC developers, administrators, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations for the SFCC team.
- Architect, design, and implement Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions to support e-commerce, customer self-service portals, and digital engagement for utility services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, customer service, IT, and operations) to define and execute the digital commerce strategy.
- Ensure the SFCC platform is optimized for scalability, performance, and security to meet the needs of a large customer base.
