Join our team as aMicrosoft Engineer(Hybrid – Lisbon) What You'll Do: Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructures acrossWindows Server,O365,Exchange, andAzureenvironments; Manage and optimize databases usingSQL Server, ensuring high availability, performance, and security; Support system integration, automation, and migration projects across Microsoft platforms; Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server performance, networking, and application dependencies; Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure seamless operation of cloud and on-premises environments; Implement monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies to maintain business continuity; Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT infrastructure standards and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as aMicrosoft Systems Engineer,Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role; Strong knowledge ofWindows Serveradministration and configuration; Proficiency inMicrosoft SQL Servermanagement, scripting, and performance tuning; Experience withMicrosoft 365 (O365), including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams; Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure(IaaS, PaaS, identity management, and security); Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and networking fundamentals; Experience with system automation and scripting (PowerShell preferred); Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills; Portuguese proficiency at a professional level. Living in Portugal and available to work in a hybrid model.
