Growth Product Manager Location This role is remote from anywhere in Europe, although we have a preference for Portugal, Ukraine or Romania. If you have experience in fintech or a related field, we'd love to have you join our fast-growing company The Opportunity We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to join our R&D organization and lead our Growth track - a strategic initiative focused on driving Payset's expansion through product-led growth (PLG).In this role, you will own and execute initiatives that accelerate acquisition and expansion across our product ecosystem. You will identify new growth levers, uncover market opportunities, and run experiments that directly impact our company's reach and revenue.You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and partnerships teams to refine positioning, optimize funnels, and open new niches. At the same time, you'll work hands-on with one or more R&D teams to design and deliver product experiments that move business metrics forward.This position reports directly to the VP of Product & Engineering and requires strong leadership, ownership, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the fintech domain. Responsibilities Lead the Growth track within R&D, identifying and executing product-led growth opportunities that drive user acquisition and business expansion. Partner closely with marketing and partnerships teams to align product initiatives with market positioning, competitive insights, and customer segments. Design and run growth experiments across onboarding, pricing, conversion flows, and product surfaces to improve key acquisition and expansion metrics. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other PMs to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new growth ideas. Define clear hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement frameworks for each growth initiative. Translate insights from data and user behavior into actionable product decisions. Work cross-functionally to improve the overall customer journey, ensuring frictionless adoption and expansion through self-serve and assisted channels. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, contributing to company-wide growth strategies and roadmap prioritization. Stay ahead of fintech and SaaS growth trends, competitive landscape, and PLG methodologies to inform your approach. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 2 years focused on growth, acquisition, or expansion in a SaaS or fintech environment. Proven track record of driving measurable business growth through experimentation and data-driven decision-making. Deep understanding of product-led growth models and funnels (acquisition, activation, monetization, expansion). Experience working closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to design and execute growth experiments. Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and data tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams. Experience in fintech is required; domain knowledge in payments, banking, or FX products is a significant advantage. A high level of ownership and autonomy, with the drive to deliver impactful results in a fast-moving environment. Proficiency in English. Want some more context?
