WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid) ROLE: Plan, design, and implement SCCM/Intune architecture, either standalone or in coexistence with Intune; Identify opportunities for improvement in endpoint management in collaboration with customers; Create and maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with documentation policies and guidelines; Create and maintain Best Practices documents for Security Services and maintain the knowledge base; Maintain and manage SCCM environments; Troubleshoot and resolve SCCM and Windows operating system customer issues; Manage and troubleshoot GPOs related to workstations; Migrate endpoint management to the cloud, participating in the planning and execution of migrations, upgrades, and integrations; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system availability and performance. PROFILE: Higher education in Information Technology; More than 4 years of professional experience in similar roles; Proven experience with strong technical expertise in systems infrastructure in Microsoft environments, including: Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM), Microsoft Intune, Active Directory, Azure AD hybrid environments, and Windows Autopilot; Good knowledge of GPO Policies for Intune will be valued; Ability to identify technical problems and define solutions adapted to the customer's context; Fluency in Portuguese and English; Excellent communication skills and a taste for teamwork; Good organizational and time management skills; Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
