We are looking for a Software Engineer (Cloud / Serverless) to join an international project in the banking sector , focused on modern Cloud Contact Center platforms and large-scale customer interaction systems. Main responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend solutions using Python in cloud environments. Build and evolve serverless architectures using AWS services, including Lambda. Develop integrations between Contact Center platforms and internal or third-party systems via APIs. Contribute to event-driven and real-time processing solutions. Implement infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles. Required profile : Professional experience as a Software Engineer / Backend Developer . Strong hands-on experience with Python in production environments. Experience developing API-based system integrations . Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP considered). Familiarity with serverless concepts (e.g. AWS Lambda, Azure Functions). Understanding of event-driven architectures and real-time systems. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows. English proficiency is mandatory Nice to have: Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kinesis, SNS/SQS. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (CloudFormation, SAM, Terraform). Previous experience with Contact Center, IVR, VoIP, or telecom platforms . Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban) and tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience working in banking or other regulated environments . AWS certifications.
