Design, develop and maintain automated tests, execute manual and automated testing, identify and track defects; Plan, coordinate and monitor testing activities, prepare test reports, dashboards and KPIs; Lead, guide, coach and mentor test teams, coordinate with stakeholders and development/DevOps teams; Integrate automated tests into CI/CD, troubleshoot test pipelines, support continuous improvement.
