We are hiring a Senior Developer (4–5 years of experience) to join our team in Lisbon under a hybrid working model . You’ll work on development and support activities across multiple technologies, with a strong focus on SQL/PLSQL , contributing to stable, high-quality delivery and supporting junior team members. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain solutions using multiple technologies , with strong emphasis on SQL/PLSQL development; Write, review, and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries to support business and system needs; Contribute to technical analysis, debugging, and improvement of existing components; Provide technical support to team members and act as a role model in engineering best practices; Support onboarding and mentoring of junior developers; Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment with cross-functional stakeholders. Requirements: 4–5 years of development experience across different technologies; Strong experience with SQL and PL/SQL , including ability to write and understand complex queries (mandatory ); Knowledge of programming concepts in procedural and/or object-oriented programming; Must have been living in Portugal for at least 1.5 years (mandatory ); Experience mentoring/onboarding junior team members and providing technical support (role model mindset); English level B2 or higher.
