Your Main Activities Are Control Framework Implementation Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, and maintain controls aligned with the organization's control framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements Identify gaps in existing controls and propose process improvements to mitigate risks Project Management Lead small-scale projects related to control industrialization, including: planning, executing, and monitoring project deliverables (timelines, budgets, resources); Defining business requirements for control-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with operational and strategic goals and conducting post-development testing to validate control effectiveness and process efficiency Stakeholder Management Act as a liaison between process owners, control owners, external auditors, and other stakeholders to: clarify control requirements and address issues promptly and facilitate workshops or meetings to gather input and drive consensus Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of controls, processes, and procedures (e.g., flowcharts, standard operating procedures) Prepare clear and concise reports for management and audit purposes, highlighting control performance, risks, and remediation actions Continuous Improvement Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance control efficiency Support ad-hoc analysis or initiatives as required by business needs Profile and Skills to Success 5+ years of experience in business analysis, control frameworks, risk/compliance, or related fields Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
