A SECIL é um Grupo empresarial de referência que assenta a sua atividade na fabricação e comercialização de cimento, betão pronto, agregados, argamassas, prefabricados de betão e cal hidráulica. No sentido de reforçar a equipa do centro técnico, CTEC, nas instalações da Fábrica do Outão, este responsável irá reportar ao responsável da área, tendo como principais responsabilidades: • Implementar e gerir a estratégia de digitalização dos processos de fabrico de clínquer e cimento alinhada com os objetivos da empresa; • Desenvolver e apoiar em conjunto com a equipa da Digital a introdução de tecnologias digitais na área de fabricação e processos; • Coordenar com várias equipas a implementação de iniciativas digitais na área de processos e fabricação em todo o Grupo; • Ser o(a) promotor(a) do uso do Sistema Especialista em todo o Grupo; • Promover a utilização de tecnologias e ferramentas digitais na área de processos; • Monitorizar métricas de desempenho dos ativos, analisar dados dos equipamentos e recomendar ações corretivas para melhorar a fiabilidade e o desempenho operacional; • Avaliar e implementar tecnologias emergentes para melhorar as práticas de processos e a eficiência operacional; • Gerir orçamentos, recursos e cronogramas dos projetos e iniciativas digitais; • Prestar orientação técnica, formação e mentoria às equipas de processos e fabricação no âmbito digital; • Gerir a informação técnica relacionada com a digitalização do processo em todo o Grupo Secil. Perfil: • Licenciatura em Engenharia Química, Eletrotécnica, Industrial ou outra área técnica relacionada; • Mestrado ou certificações especializadas em Automação Industrial e Transformação Digital são altamente valorizados; • Sólidos conhecimentos dos processos de fabricação de cimento e do equipamento industrial associado (Preferencial); • Domínio de análise de dados, ferramentas de reporting e desenvolvimento de KPIs para otimização do desempenho dos ativos; • Conhecimentos de tecnologias da Indústria 4.0, automação, sensores e redes industriais.
