We Are Hiring: Senior React Fullstack DeveloperExperience Level: 4–8 yearsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to design and build high-performance, secure and scalable applications that integrate with a rich ecosystem of services and platforms.In this role, you will contribute to the development of production-grade systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions that support data-driven and scientific workflows.What You’ll Be Building:Design and develop high-performance backend services and modern front-end applications , following best practices and clean architecture principlesBuild secure, well-documented and scalable APIs that integrate with existing systemsIdentify and optimize performance bottlenecks to ensure high availability and low latencyLeverage cloud platforms and modern Dev Ops practices to deploy and operate systems at scaleCollaborate closely with engineers, data teams and researchers to integrate data pipelines, APIs and cloud infrastructure️ What You’ll Need to Succeed:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field4–8 years of professional experience in software developmentStrong experience in Full Stack Development , including:Frontend: React, Type Script, Tailwind, monorepos (Nx)Backend: Python, Fast API, PydanticDatabases: SQL and No SQLHands-on experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)Solid knowledge of Kubernetes, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Cloud Formation)Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Git Hub Actions)Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyProven problem-solving mindset and ownership of complex backend challengesNice to Have:Experience with AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) or using AI to enhance development workflowsExperience with ORMs and CRUD services (SQLModel, Django, Fast API)Knowledge of orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, Temporal, Dagster)Familiarity with data science and ML libraries (pandas, numpy, scipy, jax, pytorch)Exposure to scientific or laboratory software , life sciences, materials science or analytics platforms
