Key responsibilities: 1) Operations coordination: Oversee ancillary processes in the third-party supply chain. Ensure the proper execution of orders, deliveries, and returns. 2) Third-party supplier management: Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with deadlines, quantities, and quality standards. Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans if necessary. 3) Operational support: Provide support to internal teams (planning, purchasing, quality) to resolve issues related to ancillaries. Manage escalations and propose quick and effective solutions. 4) Process optimization: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in ancillary management. Participate in projects aimed at digitizing and automating workflows. 5) Compliance and documentation: Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures. Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of processes and indicators. Skills and qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar field. Experience: 3-5 years in supply chain operations management, ideally with third-party suppliers + Familiar with (the management of) ancillaries.
