We are currently looking for Cloud Solutions Architect / Infrastructure LeadRequirements: The client are looking for an experienced Global Infrastructure Architect & Engineering Lead to own and drive the Infrastructure domain across the organization. This role is the senior technical authority for IT Infrastructure, responsible for defining and evolving the global architecture across networking, systems, cloud and on-prem environments, with selected IT/OT integration (from Layer 3.5 and above). The role combines architecture ownership, hands-on engineering leadership, and delivery accountability. The successful candidate will not only design solutions but also lead PoCs, select technologies and partners, and ensure successful implementation and deployment.Responsability:• Cloud and hybrid platforms architecture and Engineering (strong focus on Microsoft Azure)• Define and own the end-to-end IT Infrastructure architecture (networking, systems, cloud, hybrid).• Architect and oversee:• Enterprise networking and secure connectivity (LAN/WAN, VPN, remote access)• On-prem infrastructure, virtualization, storage and core services• Active Directory / Entra ID, Domain Controllers, DNS and hybrid identity integration• Backup, recovery and disaster recovery solutions• IT/OT connectivity from Layer 3.5+• Act as engineering lead for Infrastructure initiatives, including PoCs and complex implementations.• Lead technology evaluation, selection, and partner engagement.• Define deployment models and oversee project execution to ensure quality and alignment with architecture.• Collaborate closely with IT Security, IT Operations, IT Solutions, OT and business stakeholders.• Act as a driver, ensuring designs are translated into delivered solutions.Technical Skills:Strong hands-on and architectural experience in: 1. Enterprise networking and systems2. Active Directory / Entra ID, Domain Controllers, DNS3. Hybrid cloud architectures with Microsoft Azure4. On-prem and virtualized environments5. Secure remote access (VPN, hybrid connectivity)6. Backup, recovery and disaster recovery solutions7. Experience integrating IT and OT environments (from Layer 3.5 and above).8. Solid understanding of infrastructure security principles.Certifications:•Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Administrator, Azure Solutions Architect)• Networking or infrastructure certifications (e.g. CCNP, equivalent)• Relevant vendor or architecture trainingPortuguês e ingles fluente obrigatório.
