This includes handling identity provisioning, access controls, and managing user devices across the organization. The role emphasizes integration between identity management, endpoint management, and security protocols to ensure seamless end-user computing experiences.  THE SKILLS To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)) are a plus. ITIL Foundation and Service Now familiarity (desirable) Strong understanding of IAM principles, methodologies, and technologies. Proficiency in Microsoft products and ServiceNow administration. Identity and Access Management (IAM): Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with IAM principles, methodologies, and best practices. Microsoft Products: At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and related technologies. ServiceNow: At least 3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow, including integration and administration. Security Protocols: Solid knowledge of security protocols, including MFA and SSO. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. THE BENEFITS What's in for you?
