Requirements Proven experience in installation and maintenance of mechanical systems or similar environments. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve service issues independently. Basic wiring and maintenance knowledge is essential for effective service delivery. Proficiency in using tools related to installation and maintenance tasks. Flexible approach to work hours, willing to work on-site without restrictions. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Self-motivated, driven, and adept at working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform installation and servicing of locker systems on-site in various locations across Portugal. Troubleshoot and resolve service issues efficiently to ensure smooth locker functioning. Conduct basic maintenance and wiring tasks as needed to support high-quality service delivery. Utilize various maintenance and installation tools with proficiency to achieve operational excellence. Collaborate closely with clients to meet service excellence standards and enhance client satisfaction. Manage flexible work hours including multi-day installations, fostering a customer-oriented approach. Maintain accurate records of service activities and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Key Goals Ensure high-quality service and installation of locker systems in various locations. Achieve client satisfaction by effectively troubleshooting and resolving service issues as they arise. Maintain operational excellence through consistent and proficient use of installation and maintenance tools.
