Job Title: Quality Manager - Data Centres Reporting Into: Project Director/Head of Quality Location: Portugal, Lisbon Area - On Site Based The Project Quality Manager is essential to the successful delivery of my clients projects. Their main role is to establish the structure and support needed to implement strong quality systems, quality-assurance procedures, and the tools required to maintain ISO9001 compliance and fulfill client expectations. Compliance with Standards and Regulations Quality Assurance Supplier and Contractor Quality Management Training and awareness Risk management documentation and reporting Handover and competition Requirements: Experience in a manager/lead position within Quality roles. You should understand project lifecycles, milestones, and the interconnectedness of quality control with overall project success. Staying informed and up to date on local and international regulations, building codes, and construction-related industry standards is essential. ISO 9001 Knowledge: A strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and certification is typically required. Experience leading ISO 9001 audits is an asset, as it demonstrates competence in quality management systems. Knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) is also advantageous. Construction Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience overseeing quality within the construction sector is essential, offering a strong understanding of construction processes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
