We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Almada. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation, visa, and ticket will be provided. Responsibilities
Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography and other relevant information. Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners to collect accurate measurements. Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports. Work closely with engineers, architects and other professionals to ensure survey data is accurately incorporated into project plans. Follow all safety procedures and protocols while conducting surveys. Keep accurate records of all survey activities. Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor. Bachelors degree in Surveying or related field. Proficient in using surveying equipment and software. Strong mathematical skills for calculations and measurements. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent communication skills. Preference
Experience working in construction or development projects in Almada. Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding land surveys.
