We are currently looking for a new member - Manager Enterprise Application Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise application management 5+ years in leadership roles managing application teams Extensive experience with SAP (ERP modules, implementation, upgrades) Proven experience managing multiple enterprise applications Experience leading both internal teams and external consultants Responsibilities: Define and communicate strategy for enterprise applications portfolio (SAP, Salesforce, Cegid Primavera, and other packaged solutions) Establish and maintain standards for packaged application management Review and approve major configuration and customization decisions Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities Guide application evolution, upgrades, and lifecycle management Foster innovation within packaged application constraints Verify alignment with enterprise architecture principles Enterprise Applications Portfolio Management Project & Change Management Business Process Alignment & Stakeholder Management Team Leadership & Coordination Vendor & Partner Management If this sounds like the kind of challenge you would enjoy, we'd love to hear from you
