What You'll Do
Assist customers with enquiries by phone and through back-office channels
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Manage complaints and objections with a professional approach
Contribute to sales-related activities when required
Navigate digital platforms and customer service systems efficiently
What We're Looking For
French proficiency at C1 or C2 level
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence using computers and digital applications
A customer-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
Previous experience in customer support, sales, or call centres is a plus
Flexibility to work rotating shifts
Current residence in Portugal is required; relocation support is not available
