We are looking for an Cyber Project Manager Responsabilities: Plan and execute IT projects: determine project scope, necessary resources, team management, and compliance with established deadlines; Strong ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, promoting collaboration between organizational units and systems; Flexibility and agility in adapting to dynamic and constantly evolving contexts, with the ability to manage priorities and anticipate risks; Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy and ability to manage complex situations; Demonstrate organization and agile accountability and leadership behaviors that allow for integration into the team culture; Promote good practices in IT governance and Change Management; Provide constructive feedback to team members, participating in continuous improvement processes; Review and manage pending issues, risks, and issues to ensure the updated status of projects, as necessary and appropriate; Follow Group standards and templates for project management. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in technological and Infrastructure/Cybersecurity contexts; Solid knowledge of general Information Systems management and high proficiency in managing system implementation processes; Experience in Infrastructure/Cybersecurity projects is valued; Proven experience in leading and coordinating technical teams, with the ability to manage resources, conflicts, and priorities; Track record of successful deliveries in complex digital projects; Previous experience in projects carried out in collaboration with Galp is valued. Knowledge of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Sharepoint, Jira, PowerBI, among others. Highly results-oriented, with a focus on the effective delivery of projects within defined deadlines and quality standards; Strong communication skills, people-oriented, with strong empathy and respect for different stakeholders; Proactive, resilient, and problem-solving profile; Accountable for their actions and able to get different teams to work together towards the same goal; Organized, agile, and flexible profile, capable of managing stressful situations. The role requires a high degree of autonomy in decision-making, anticipating problems and ensuring full commitment to their resolution; Critical thinking, flexibility, and focus on continuous improvement; Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written – critical); Fluent English (spoken and written – important); Knowledge of Spanish (valued).
