You can find us in 37 different countries, with over 16k employees and generating more than €3.6 billion.We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our Website Support team, where you'll coordinate first-line support operations, manage website workflows, and ensure seamless communication between users, stakeholders, and technical teams.Responsabilities: Lead and coordinate daily Level 1 support operations; Manage website updates, user requests, and incident resolution; Serve as the communication bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams; Align user needs with team priorities and technical requirements; Monitor support performance and ensure service quality; Promote best practices in accessibility, security, and GDPR compliance. Requirements and skills:Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field; Solid experience with:Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Infrastructure: Microsoft Azure, DNS Management (Nameshield); CMS: WordPress (PHP); Familiarity with:Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have) ; Analytics: Matomo (nice to have) ; Knowledge of SEO, GDPR, and data privacy regulations; ITIL certification (nice to have) ; Fluent in English and French (spoken and written); Adaptability to new contexts and challenges; Team-oriented mindset; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Proactive problem-solving attitude.
