We operate at a high professional standard and are building a team of ambitious real estate professionals who want to learn, lead, and grow alongside us.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced, hands-on real estate investment professional who is deeply embedded in the Porto real estate market and capable of leading investments end-to-end.This is not a purely managerial or desk-based role. The Real Estate Investment Director will be personally involved in deal sourcing, underwriting, negotiations, and client-facing advisory, while gradually building and leading a small investment team as activity scales.The role requires a rare combination of local market depth, analytical strength, sales orientation, and high-level client service, working closely with international private investors and family offices.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Sourcing & Execution• Actively source on-market and off-market investment opportunities across the Porto metropolitan area.• Leverage and expand an existing local network of brokers, developers, property owners, and intermediaries.• Lead financial analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for potential acquisitions.• Structure and negotiate transactions directly with sellers and counterparties.• Manage full due diligence processes (legal, technical, tax, financial) in coordination with external advisors.• Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, zoning changes, and emerging micro-locations in Porto.Investor Advisory & Client Management• Serve as a trusted advisor to international private investors throughout the full investment lifecycle.• Conduct in-depth consultations to define investment strategies, return targets, and risk profiles.• Present investment opportunities clearly and persuasively, translating local market complexity into investor-oriented insights.• Lead property tours, on-site meetings, and investment presentations.• Support clients in navigating financing, legal structures, and local bureaucracy.• Oversee portfolio performance tracking and post-acquisition follow-up.Team Leadership & Internal Collaboration• Work hands-on while gradually building and mentoring a small investment and scouting team.• Collaborate closely with internal departments (design, renovation, asset management) to ensure a seamless investor experience post-acquisition.• Coordinate with lawyers, tax advisors, credit mediators, and notaries to ensure smooth deal execution.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of investment workflows, tools, and reporting standards.Candidate Profile & RequirementsMandatory• Proven hands-on experience in real estate investments or acquisitions.• Deep, practical knowledge of the Porto metropolitan real estate market.• Currently living in Porto and actively working within the local real estate ecosystem.• Demonstrated track record of sourcing and closing real estate transactions.• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel required).• High level of comfort in client-facing, sales-oriented, and negotiation-heavy environments.• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Strong Advantage• Portuguese fluency or near-fluency.• Existing local network of brokers, developers, and property owners.• Experience working with international private investors or family offices.• Background in residential or mixed-use investments.• Team leadership experience.LocationPorto, Portugal (on-site, full-time)Remote or hybrid arrangements are not applicable for this role.Compensation & Benefits• Competitive fixed base salary• Annual performance-based bonus (KPI-driven)• Private health insurance• Meal allowance• Long-term growth opportunity within a fast-scaling real estate investment groupImportant NoteThis role is not suitable for candidates with purely academic, banking, or institutional investment backgrounds who lack hands-on deal execution experience and deep local market presence.
