We are looking for French-speaking Creator Evaluation Specialists to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will assess and evaluate digital content creators to ensure they meet platform standards and engagement criteria. As a Creator Evaluation Specialist, you will analyze creator performance, verify compliance with platform policies, and help build a safe and engaging online community. Your Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess digital content creators based on platform standards.Analyze engagement metrics, audience interactions, and content quality.Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and content policies.Identify promising creators and recommend partnership opportunities.Work closely with internal teams to enhance creator support programs.Provide feedback and reports on creator performance trends. Work Schedule: Work Schedule: Content Moderation: 24/7 rotational shifts (including nights, weekends, and holidays).Night shifts come with extra bonuses What We Offer: Salary: 1,050 + performance bonuses.Company-provided housing included.Night shift bonuses for late-hour shifts.Full training provided no prior experience requiredCareer growth opportunities within a global company.Multicultural and dynamic work environment.
