Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications; Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality to meet specific business needs in the energy and resources sector; Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs and web services; Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows to enhance business processes; Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables; Create and maintain technical documentation for all development work; Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices; Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Minimum of 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development; Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, and SQL Server is a plus; Experience with Azure cloud services and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); Solid understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS; Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git; Experience in the energy and resources sector is highly desirable; Demonstrated ability to understand and translate complex business requirements into technical solutions; Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; Strong analytical and organizational skills; Effective communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
