About the Job:
Reporting to a senior consultant, will interact with key account managers, delivery units and corporate functions.
Responsibilities:
Support account managers in finalizing winning biding processes / proposals, by validating related documentation and executing projects creation and renewal in the company internal management systems.
Follow up of business opportunities pipeline with account managers.
Control project billing plans and manage invoicing requests.
Support monthly forecast and closing processes, by preparing and validating standard reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Masters degree in economics, business administration or business informatics.
Good Excel skills, namely ability to manage extensive data tables, to validate and change formulas, to use and create PivotTables.
Other Relevant Expectations:
High commitment and responsibility.
Exceptional rigor and organizing skills.
Analytical way of working and self-checking habits.
Proactive approach towards pending tasks and problem solving.
