Job Summary: The HR Manager for Group HR is responsible for overseeing various human resources functions, including Management Information Systems (MIS), cost initiatives, and employee experience programs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with senior leadership to enhance HR processes and drive engagement across the organization and should have experience of Global HR. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and maintain accurate HR MIS to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making. · Develop and implement cost initiatives to optimize HR budgets and improve efficiency. Design & develop global employee reward programs, compensation & benefits Lead employee-experience programs aimed at increasing employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with the Group CHRO and other stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals. Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Ensure global compliance with HR policies and regulations. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR department. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field; · Proven global experience as a HR Manager or similar role, ideally within hospitality; · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; · Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities; · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; · Proficient in Portuguese and English languages.
