We are strengthening our structure with a Delivery / Project Manager profile, playing a key role in pre-sales support, proposal management and negotiation, while also ensuring the end-to-end delivery of IT turn-key projects (software, infrastructure, cloud, integration, managed services, or consulting), guaranteeing alignment between what is sold and what is delivered. Your main responsibilities:- Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality- Support the pre-sales process, contributing to solution definition, effort estimation, and delivery approach- Build, structure, and manage commercial and technical proposals (scope, estimates, assumptions, risks, dependencies)- Negotiate proposals and commercial terms, ensuring alignment between client expectations and delivery feasibility- Ensure alignment between Sales, Delivery, and technical stakeholders, guaranteeing sustainable and deliverable solutions- Manage project budgets, tracking costs, margins, and deviations- Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and maintain project governance- Provide regular reporting, status updates, and stakeholder communication (internal and external)- Manage Turn Key IT projects (end-to-end), ensuring full responsibility for scope, budget, deadlines, and final deliveryWhat we are looking for:- Turn Key Project Management (end-to-end ownership), with responsibility over scope, budget, and deadlines- Proven experience in Project Management / Delivery within IT environments- Experience supporting pre-sales activities (proposal creation, estimations, negotiation)- Solid understanding of IT services and project delivery models (software, infrastructure, cloud, integration, cybersecurity, consulting)- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills- Fluency in Portuguese and EnglishWhat we offer:- Hybrid work model- Long-term project with strategic impact- Performance-based bonuses- Comprehensive health insurance- Meal allowance card- Access to Club In initiatives- Team building events and social and environmental responsibility initiativesJoin the Inoweiser ExperienceSend us your application and take the opportunity to get to know us better:Linked InInstagram
