KEY INFORMATION
Work model: On-site in Braga
Schedule: Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 19:00 (rotating shifts), Saturday 08:00-15:00
Days off: Sunday + one rotating day - no night shifts
Gross salary: €930 per month, 14 salaries per year
Location requirement: you must already live in Portugal, within 50 km of Braga
ABOUT THE POSITION Join a global customer experience company in Braga as a French-speaking Customer Service Advisor. You'll help customers in French with their questions and requests, as part of a friendly and dynamic team.
WHAT WE OFFER
€930 gross per month, paid 14 times a year
€2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during your first year
Performance bonus
Sundays always off, no night shifts
6-month contract
REQUIREMENTS
Native or C2-level French, with no accent
Already living in Portugal, within 50 km of the Braga office
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Right to work in Portugal
