The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market analysis to identify expansion opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute key projects Qualification/ Personal Attributes - MBA degree in business, marketing or related fields - 3+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting - Strong business analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Help in implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share for Luminous - Analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and innovation - Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to align on strategic priorities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the execution of strategic initiatives and projects - Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership on strategy performance and recommendations. - Core motive of this strategic role is Sales Enhancement and incremental business growth.
