They have a large office in the heart of Lisbon, where you, along with your international colleagues, will respond to inquiries and solve problems for a variety of customer groups. Job responsibilities Provide customer support to clients (via phone, email, and chat). Communicate clearly and carefully with all customers. Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction. Create opportunities and value for employees, clients, customers, communities, and shareholders. Assist customers with completing orders on the website. About you You are fluent in Danish and have a good knowledge of English. You have strong communication skills. Previous customer service experience is a plus. You can stay calm and keep an overview in busy situations. You are open and positive. The company offers Accommodation in one of the company's shared apartments.
