Assist with orders, deliveries, warranties, and product inquiries. Provide accurate information and create delightful customer experiences. Record interactions and follow up professionally. What were looking for: Fluent French (C2) and English (C1). Prior customer service or retail/hospitality experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Willingness to work rotational shifts Monday-Saturday (07:00-19:00). Working style & benefits: On-site in Lisbon (remote option only for residents already in Portugal).
