Il tuo ruolo Gestire le richieste dei clienti relative ai servizi assicurativi via email e chat Fornire assistenza completa e risoluzione dei casi Collaborare con i team interni per rispondere a domande tecniche o specifiche sui prodotti Mantenere aggiornamenti accurati e tempestivi dei casi Garantire un alto livello di soddisfazione del cliente in ogni interazione Lavorare su turni rotativi dal lunedì al venerdì (8 ore) Giorni di riposo: week-end Requisiti Italiano livello C1-C2 Inglese livello B2 Non è richiesta esperienza precedente Forte orientamento al cliente, empatia e capacità di risoluzione dei problemi Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team Permesso di lavoro valido per il Portogallo Altri vantaggi Ambiente multiculturale e dinamico Reali opportunità di sviluppo professionale Per candidati provenienti dallItalia o da altri paesi europei, è disponibile un relocation package con alloggio Pronto/a a fare la differenza?
