As a fluent French (C2) and proficient English (B2) communicator, you'll become the voice of trust and expertise, solving customer inquiries with precision and warmth. From troubleshooting to delivering tailored solutions, your mission is to ensure every customer experience ends with satisfaction and a smile. What You`ll Bring: Language Mastery: Fluent French (C2) & English (B2) Empathy and Problem-Solving Skills: A natural talent for connecting with customers and resolving issues Customer-First Attitude: Your focus is on creating seamless and pleasant interactions. Adaptability: Comfortable with rotational schedules and dynamic workflows. Compensation & Perks: Base Salary: 895 EUR (14 payments/year) Performance Bonus: Up to 100EUR/month for meeting KPIs Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR/day Transport Allowance: 20EUR/month Health Insurance:Coverage from Day 1 (contribution required).
