The Role The Head of Cash Operations & Reconciliation team will be responsible for : The processing of cash remittances, standards and derivatives FX/MM operations, FX/MM confirmations reconciliation and cash management of secondary nostro accounts. Supervision and controls of the processes within the Cash function. The Management of the FX/MM teams. The management of the Reconciliation & Investigation team as well as their processes. Ensuring that the services delivered to the Azqore clients are most efficiently and productively performed. Working closely with his/her colleagues to provide clients with technical expertise and solutions, in a comprehensive, timely and accurate manner. But here's the exciting part:you'll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland. The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Your responsibilities Daily BAU Successful applicant will be responsible for the management of Cash Operations and Reconciliation, part of the Operations management teamEnsure operational efficiency and excellence and maintain low levels of operational riskAlign the Cash Operations and Reconciliation team members to the Operations and Company goals and visionActs as the point of escalation for European clients on all Cash Operations and Reconciliation queries, concerns and issues.Others Leads Azqore Operations projects and initiatives, where necessaryDrive cross border collaboration and strengthen communication channels between the Swiss and Portugal teamsEnhance client service standards within the team, and consequently the client ratings of the function. Propose/identify value-add solutions which can impact profitability.
