This role is hands-on, strategic, and creative, combining expert mixology skills with operational excellence to ensure consistency, profitability, and innovationYou’ll oversee everything from menu development to training and supply chain management, co-creating outstanding drinks that enhance the guest journey while optimizing costs and sustainability.Your Key ResponsibilitiesBeverage Strategy & DevelopmentLead thebeverage program across our 13 + venues , ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach.Lead the creation ofcocktails & non-alcoholic offeringsaligned with each venue’s identity.Work closely with theSommelier and culinary teamsto create balanced, high-quality pairings.Introduceadaptogenic and functional drinksto meet evolving guest expectations.Scale programsacross venues, ensuring consistency while tailoring to local character.Stayahead of trendsin cocktails, spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, and sustainability.Operational & Financial ExcellenceStandardize beverage recipes, specs, and SOPsfor consistency across venues.Optimize beverage costs , pricing strategies, and supplier relationships.Support POS setup & integrationfor accurate performance tracking.Training & Team DevelopmentTrain bartenders, baristas, and FOH teamson execution, service standards, and product knowledge.Foster a culture of creativity, consistency, and excellencewithin bar teams.Supplier & Logistics ManagementBuildstrong relationships with suppliersand producers for quality and value.Work with Logistics & Purchasing tostreamline supply chain efficiency.Ensurebeverage procurement aligns with sustainabilityand ethical sourcing goals.Guest Experience & Brand RepresentationSupport venue teams in delivering anexceptional guest experienceat the bar.Collaborate closely withOperation Managers, Chefs, and Marketingon storytelling, rollouts, and activations.️What We Expect From You5+ years in bar management or beverage leadership roles in high-volume,quality-driven hospitality.International experience , ideally across several countries or cultures, bringing diverse perspectives and adaptability.Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, non-alcoholic trends , and beverage operations.Financial acumen(beverage cost control, pricing strategy, P&L understanding).Experience intrainingwith a passion for mentorship.Ability to balancecreativity with operational efficiency.Strong relationshipswith suppliers and industry professionals.Passion for sustainabilityand responsible sourcingWhy Join Vida Plena?Be part of a growing international hospitality group focused on exceptional guest experiences.Freedom to create & innovate while ensuring high standards and scalability.Opportunities for career growth & leadership development.A dynamic, supportive team and diverse culture where your expertise makes a difference
