Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist Location: Braga, Portugal We are hiring an entry-level Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Braga. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance and support to our clients for computer systems, hardware, and software issues. You will play a key role in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems, installing and configuring computer systems, and educating users on how to utilize technology efficiently. Responsibilities
Provide timely technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalation complex problems to senior support staff Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals Educate clients on using computer systems effectively Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and solutions provided Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures Requirements
Degree in Information Technology or relevant field Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Familiarity with computer hardware components Excellent problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Salary: As an entry-level position, we offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Location: Our office is located in the beautiful city of Braga, known for its historic buildings, delicious food, and lively culture. Note: This position does not include accommodation.
