What we are looking for: To help us on our mission, we are looking for an experienced and highly ambitious Salesforce Administrator. As a Salesforce Administrator at AnyDesk, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to ensure seamless operations, efficient processes, and data accuracy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to drive user adoption and enhance the overall effectiveness of our Salesforce ecosystem. System administration of the Salesforce environment, specifically related to custom apps, permissions, security settings, and objects and flows Support key business functions and to meet project goals, stakeholder requirements and company goals Management of day-to-day support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances Creation of reports and dashboards Planning and execution of internal trainings Careful, constant and conscientious documentation of the Salesforce platform Authorization management, implementation of use cases and system adjustments with the dedicated departments Basic Qualifications: Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow- through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Easy to work with Sense of urgency Successfully completed subject-specific studies/training in the field of IT or comparable qualifications Several years of experience as a Salesforce administrator Embrace an independent working style while maintaining effective and proactive communication with your team.
