Software Developer (Java, Python, Grafana): For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Software Developer (Java, Python, Grafana) for a long contract based in Porto, Portugal. Its paying well and my client can interview asap Role Description / Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintainGrafana dashboards, with complex and time-series orientedSQL queries. Write and optimizeSQL codefor new functionalities and tests, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Produceclear and accurate documentationfor all implemented code. Actively contribute tocontinuous code improvementand quality enhancement. Design and maintainautomated test suitesusing appropriate testing frameworks (Unit Testing). Generate and maintaindelivery reportsand related documentation. Work within atechnical environmentthat includes Java, Python, Git, Jenkins (Groovy), JIRA, Gherkin-based automated tests, and AWS. DevelopPython and/or Java codeto support dashboards (e.g., enabling automated Grafana dashboard screenshots for email reports). Good to Have: Knowledge ofApache Flink,Kafka, and other streaming data technologies. Experience withcloud-native architecturesandserverless computing.
