With a strong portfolio of investments and in-house ventures, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our brand, content, and event presence.

Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role across three areas:

1. Investment & Brand Positioning
  • Enhance Stake Capital's brand and positioning in the Web3 space.
  • Create content showcasing key investments, portfolio updates, and industry insights .
  • Manage social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn), engaging with the community and increasing visibility.
  • Work with portfolio companies' marketing teams to develop joint content.
  • Write social media posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces .
2. Media & Audience Growth
  • Expand the reach of our media and research publication through strategic content and engagement initiatives.
  • Support video production efforts by helping shape scripts and messaging .
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Oversee website updates and content improvements .
  • Drive engagement on Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms .
3. Events & Community Engagement
  • Plan and manage Stake Capital's presence at major Web3 events .
  • Secure speaking opportunities for key team members.
  • Explore media partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Organize side events (networking sessions, meetups, private gatherings) for industry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with event agencies and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Who You Are
  • Marketing Generalist : Experienced in social media, branding, and content strategy.
  • Crypto-Savvy : Understands key blockchain concepts such as wallets, Layer 1 networks, staking, and DeFi protocols .
  • Independent & Proactive : This is a standalone marketing role , requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
  • Creative & Analytical : Able to craft compelling content while tracking performance.
  • Experience Level : At least 5 years of experience
  • Social Media Skills : Comfortable managing multiple brand accounts , adjusting tone for different audiences.
  • Familiar with Multi-Channel Marketing Tools : Can manage and schedule content across Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Telegram .
  • Event Coordination : Capable of overseeing Stake Capital's event participation and logistics .
