Key Responsibilities: Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring it complies with community standards and platform policies. Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take the necessary actions to address it, including escalation when needed. Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and user interaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine moderation processes and best practices. Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and community standards. Keep accurate documentation of moderation activities and contribute to regular reporting on the team's performance. Requirements: Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. B2 proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus. Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues. Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is highly desirable. Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting. Familiarity with online platforms, social media, and content creation trends.
