They're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to design, build and deploy real-world AI solutions, working directly with clients to turn business challenges into production-ready applications.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications. - Developing backend services, APIs and third-party integrations. - Working with RAG, MCP, tool calling and agent orchestration. - Using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Codex daily. - Taking ownership of solutions from initial requirements through production. - Collaborating directly with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, ideally Python and/or TypeScript. - Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents. - Practical experience using AI coding agents in your development workflow. - Experience with APIs, databases and cloud technologies. - Excellent communication skills and fluent Portuguese. - A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for AI.
We're open to talented engineers from junior through to senior level. Your ability to build, learn and solve problems matters more than years of experience.
