We're hiring: Junior KYC Analyst (Immediate availability) Lisboa | Hybrid model (Tagus Park) What you'll do: Responsible for conducting customer due diligence (CDD) processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements; Collecting and validating customer identification documents to ensure compliance with KYC and due diligence procedures; Ensuring alignment with regulatory standards and gathering the necessary data for client remediation processes; Communicating with clients, when necessary, to obtain missing or incorrect information, ensuring data quality and adherence to internal compliance protocols. What we're looking for: Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and frameworks (FATF, EU AML Directives, local regulators); Familiarity with screening and monitoring tools (e.g., World-Check, Dow Jones, LexisNexis); Experience with PEP and sanctions screening, adverse media checks, and risk assessment; Use of onboarding platforms and case management systems (such as Fenergo, Actimize, or similar); Understanding of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR); Proficiency in Excel and CRM/reporting systems.
